Terms of Service
The ground rules for using this site, hiring us, and using the apps we publish.
1. Agreement
By using fastwebcreations.com or a mobile application published by FastWebCreations LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or apps.
2. Using this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may not misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, probing or bypassing its security measures, or submitting spam through the contact form.
3. Development services
Client engagements (web, AI, and mobile development) are governed by the written proposal, statement of work, or contract agreed for that engagement. Where a signed agreement exists, it takes precedence over these terms. Unless that agreement says otherwise: work is performed with reasonable professional skill; deliverables are transferred to the client on full payment; and each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property.
4. Mobile applications
Apps we publish are licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on devices you own or control, subject to the app store's standard license terms — Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement for the App Store and the Google Play Terms of Service for Google Play — unless a specific app ships with its own license. Do not reverse engineer, resell, or use an app for unlawful purposes. App-specific terms, if any, are linked from that app's store listing.
5. Accounts
If an app offers accounts, you are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the security of your credentials. You can delete your account at any time — see Account & Data Deletion. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it. It is part of these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The site and apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastWebCreations LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a free app is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100); liability relating to paid engagements is governed by the applicable contract. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and contact
