Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it. Plain English, no tricks.
Who we are
FastWebCreations LLC ("FastWebCreations", "we", "us") is a United States software development studio. We operate this website and publish mobile applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play. For any privacy question or request, contact support@fastwebcreations.com — this inbox is monitored and is our privacy point of contact.
Data we collect on this website
This site is a static website. It does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels. We collect personal data in exactly one place — the contact form — and process a small amount of technical data to run the form safely:
- Contact form submissions: the name, email address, and message you type. These are emailed to our support inbox so we can reply to you.
- IP address: used momentarily to rate-limit the contact form (spam protection). Rate-limit records are stored keyed by IP and are automatically deleted within about 2 hours.
- Spam verification: the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical browser signals to distinguish humans from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Hosting logs: our infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services CloudFront/S3) may keep standard, short-lived technical logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations.
Data our mobile apps collect
Each app we publish declares its specific data practices in its App Store and Google Play listing (Apple "App Privacy" details and Google Play "Data safety" section), and those listings are authoritative for that app. As a baseline for apps we publish under our own account:
- We collect only the data an app needs to function — for example an email address if the app offers accounts, or content you create in the app.
- We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own advertising.
- Where an app uses third-party services (for example crash reporting, authentication, or cloud storage), those services are named in that app's listing.
- If an app lets you create an account, you can delete the account and its data — see our Account & Data Deletion page.
How we use data
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you ask for.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and apps (spam prevention, debugging, abuse prevention).
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the service providers that host and deliver our own systems (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, Google Workspace for email), each acting on our instructions and providing at least the same level of protection described here.
How long we keep data
- Contact form messages: kept in our business email as ordinary correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our records, then deleted.
- Rate-limit records: deleted automatically within about 2 hours.
- App data: retained while your account is active; deleted when you delete your account or ask us to (see below).
Your rights and choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw a consent you previously gave. Email support@fastwebcreations.com and we will act on the request within 30 days. For app accounts, the Account & Data Deletion page describes the exact steps. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor those requests the same way, through the same inbox.
Children
Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
All traffic to this site and our form backend is encrypted with HTTPS. Credentials and secrets are stored in managed secret stores, not in code. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting a published app will also be reflected in that app's store listing.
