Account & Data Deletion
Delete your account and data from any app we publish — from the web, no app install required.
Delete from inside the app
Where an app offers accounts, it also offers in-app deletion — look for Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate for your account and begins removal of associated data from our systems.
Request deletion from the web
No longer have the app installed? Email us and we will do it for you:
- Write to support@fastwebcreations.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
- Include the app name and the email address or username the account was created with.
- We verify the request using that account's email address, then delete the account and its data. You will get a confirmation email when it is done — within 30 days of the request, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account (credentials and profile).
- Content and personal data associated with the account.
- Copies held by third-party services the app uses (deletion is propagated to them).
What may be kept, and for how long
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example purchase and tax records), for the legally required period only.
- Standard backups age out automatically within 35 days of deletion.
- Support correspondence about the deletion itself, as ordinary business email.
Partial deletion
If you want specific data removed but wish to keep your account, say so in your email — we honor data-only deletion requests the same way, within the same 30-day window.
